Refunds & billing

Plain English. No fine print.

Refunds within 7 days

Email us within a week of purchase, mention the email address on your receipt, and we'll refund. No reason required, no survey to fill out. Refunds typically post in 3–5 business days.

Failed downloads

If the PDF doesn't generate, the download link expires, or the file is corrupted — we re-issue immediately. Just forward the receipt with a one-line description.

Duplicate charges

Caught a duplicate from a flaky payment retry? Forward both receipts and we refund the duplicate same day. We see this maybe once a month — usually a card 3DS quirk.

Disputes

Talk to us before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks lock your card from future purchases on Stripe and Razorpay; a direct refund leaves no trace and is usually faster.


Common support questions

Before you email — check here first.

  • I paid but the resume is still locked.

    Stripe and Razorpay webhooks usually land within seconds, but during payment-network slowness it can take up to a minute. The result page polls for ~12 seconds after a successful checkout. If it's still locked after a minute, refresh once. If still locked, email us with the receipt and we'll unlock manually.

  • I lost the result link / can't find my resume.

    Guest results are accessible only via the unique link from your browser session. If you signed in (free magic-link account), all your past resumes live at /dashboard. If you didn't sign in and lost the link, we can recover via the email used at checkout.

  • Can I get a tax invoice / GST receipt?

    Yes. Stripe and Razorpay both issue VAT / GST-compliant invoices automatically. If you need a custom-formatted business invoice (company name, GSTIN, etc.), email partnerships@resuvia.guru with the receipt.

  • I want to delete my account and all data.

    Email us from the address on the account; we delete the user record, all associated resumes, and all payment history (we retain a transaction reference required by accounting law, but it contains no personal data).
